Refund / Cancellation/ Shipping Policies
This Refund Policy outlines the rules and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns for products and services offered by Your Era Management, LLC. By purchasing products or services from Your Era Management, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
General Policy
- All prescription medications are compounded specifically for each patient and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- All sales are final once an order has been shipped.
- Your Era Management does not accept returns of medications due to federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Cancellations
- Orders not yet processed may be canceled upon request.
- If your order has reached the pharmacy but has not yet shipped. Cancellation may be attempted but is not guaranteed.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or where required by applicable law.
- If a pricing error occurs, Your Era Management reserves the right to correct the error and will issue a refund if necessary.
- No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with compounded medications, as they are prepared uniquely for each patient based on the provider’s prescription.
Shipping Issues
- If your package is confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received, you must notify Your Era Management within 24 hours and provide supporting documentation, including a missing package claim with the carrier. If theft is suspected, a police report may be required for consideration of a replacement.
- Your Era Management is not responsible for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.
- Medications are compounded and packaged to maintain stability during transit. Variations in packaging or temperature exposure during shipping do not qualify for a refund unless medication integrity is compromised, as confirmed by the dispensing pharmacy.
